Peggy Rosenbrock, 62 years old, joined FITtec 7 months ago after a friend recommended it to her as her last hope to find some relief. For about 3 decades, Peggy had been experiencing intense body pain that left her without energy, strength or stamina. In addition to physical pain, she had gained quite a bit of weight. A wheel chair became her only option when she was 50 years old. After seeking answers from many professionals, Peggy started EMS training with FITtec.
Her first three sessions were “not exactly what she thought they were going to be”, Peggy described. “I was actually in a bit of pain after my sessions. I felt a little tired but there was something about the training that made me feel good.”
After another week of training Peggy started to notice some serious changes. She had less back pain. Her energy levels slowly were coming back. She could feel herself getting stronger. Going up and down the stairs no longer felt like running a marathon. Activities of daily living were easier. And most importantly, she started to feel alive and in control of her health again. Peggy has lost weight, inches and body % fat and just training once a week.
Peggy trains with EMS once a week along side her daughter in law, Nikki. “It’s really cool to have a healthy activity to do with Nikki where we are training the same way but receiving completely different results.” Peggy feels like a new person and walks into the studio with a confidence she hadn’t felt in years. Consistency is key.
