Suzann joined FITtec in October of last year at the age of 66. She was looking for a change in her life and body to become more fit, strong and healthy. “I wanted to look in the mirror and see a healthy body and be able to enjoy the way I look”.
After Suzann’s first couple of sessions, she had enough energy to go jogging. “My muscles felt like they turned on for the first time in a while and I felt more balanced. I had hope for the future to change my fitness and health. This was like a jump start”.
One of the greatest benefits of EMS training at FITtec is the ability to contract your muscles simultaneously and begin to feel what it is like to actually use them. It creates a strong foundation for strength training and any other physical activity that you love to do.
“I feel revitalized and rejuvenated after each of my sessions.” This training was also the catalyst to changing Suzann’s nutrition habits. Exercising is very important but you cannot forget that nutrition is as well. Overall, Suzann lost a net of 11.4 inches and 3.4% body fat in 5 months. Her progress is unbelievable.
Fitness is a journey, not a destination. Awesome work, Suzann. You are a complete inspiration!
